间歇性闪光刺激的脑电功率谱分析

摘要 目的 提高EEG间歇性闪光刺激诱发试验的临床诊断价值。方法 对 6 0例常规EEG(一 )的患者包括癫痫 2 0例、头痛 2 0例和神经精神障碍 2 0例进行了DigitalEEG检查 ,在枕部 0 1、0 z 和 0 2 处分别测量 10秒钟安静时和IPS 5Hz、10Hz以及 15Hz的α波绝对和相对功率。结果 所有患者的α功率在IPS 5Hz、15Hz时减退 ,IPS 10Hz时增高 ,其中癫痫患者表现最显著 ,而神经精神障碍患者最不明显。结论 Digi talEEG能够定量测定IPS的脑电功率谱变化 ,提高IPS的临床诊断价值。 Objective To increase clinical diagnostic utility of Intermittent Photic Stimulation(IPS).Methods Sixty subjects including twenty seizure patients, twenty headache sufferers and 20 individuals with neuropsychiatric disorders and normal EEGs were studied. Ten second epochs of resting EEG were recorded, followed by 10 seconds of IPS at 5, 10and 15 Hz. Absolute and relative alpha power were measured at the O 1, O z and O 2 electrodes.Results All groups showed lower alpha power at 5 and 15 Hz than at rest but had increased alpha power during IPS at 10 Hz. This was more pronounced in the epilepsy group and least marked in neuropsychiatric patients.Conclusion Digital EEG permits quantitative measures of photic driving and may increase the diagnostic utility of IPS.
