摘要 高阶过零 (HOC)是时间序列分析的有力工具。本文在介绍 HOC信号分析方法的基础上 ,综述了一类基于 HOC技术 ,利用脑电图 (EEG)信号进行脑损伤检测和定量分析的方法。实验数据分析表明 ,基于 HOC信号分析技术的脑损伤检测方法对于检测由于缺氧窒息而引起的中枢神经系统损伤及对损伤程度进行定量评估是十分有效的。这种方法不依赖于正常 EEG信号的存在 。 The basic concept and principles of the higher order crossings(HOC)are described.A class of HOC based EEG analysis methods for brain injury detection and quantification are overviewed and compared with the earlier proposed Italura distance(ID) and AR spectrum(ARSP)methods.The HOC methods are shown to be effective in detecting hypoxic/asphyxic injuries as well as assessing the severity of the injury.The data analysis results presented show that the HOC based methods are more correlated with the neurological deficit scores(NDS)obtained from several behavioral tests than existing methods.
