摘要
我国目前尚未建立完整的一人公司法律制度,在理论上、实践中、以及立法技术上都存在许多疑虑。消除这些疑虑,将有利于一人公司法律制度的建立。
There is still not a complete legal system for the one-person-company in our country as many clouds and misgivings are existing in theory,practice and legislative techniques.Dispeling these clouds and misgivings will help to build the legal system for the one-person-company.
