摘要
农业和农村现代化是决定国民经济能否真正实现现代了实现农业和农村现代化的内在机制和基本要求.同时,根据浙江城市化进程演进的历史,对城市化滞后所引致的对农业和农村现代化的制约因素进行了具体分析.在此基础上,提出了加快推进城市化进程,实现农业和农村现代化,实行非均衡发展战略的政策建议.
The modernization of agriculture & countryside is a key link which will decide the modernization status of national economy.The article analyses the inner operating mechanisms and its basic requirements for the modernization of agriculture & countryside from the current agriculture development situation in Zhejiang.Meanwhile,this article also analyses the restricted factors in modernizing agriculture & countryside which are caused by the slow citilization development.On the above basis,the article puts forward a policy proposal which mainly focuses on speeding up the citilization progress,accomplishing the modernization of agriculture & countryside and implementing the unbalanced development strategy.
