摘要
中国加入世界贸易组织（ＷＴＯ）初期，政府暂不承诺开放出版市场。但逐步扩大开放是总的趋势，中国科技期刊必须做好应对挑战的准备。通过分析加入ＷＴＯ对中国科技期刊出版产业的影响，中国科技期刊的现状和与国际存在的差距，提出了：提高科技期刊整体质量和竞争力，办出中国的“精品”、“名牌”；科技期刊必须走产业化、集团化的发展之路；逐步引进行业外资金和外资参与经营，增强科技期刊的经济实力；改革科技期刊管理体制，加大政府对重点科技期刊支持力度等应对策略。相信经过努力，加入ＷＴＯ以后中国科技期刊一定能持续、健康地发展，在世界立于不败之地。
China's entry into WTO brings an opportunity for Sci-tech journals in the spreading, transformation and production of creative knowledge. However, it also brings a challenge to the management patterns of sci-tech journals, and to the competition in editing talents and sci-tech journal market, etc. In this paper, three corresponding measures against the challenge from WTO entry are put forward.
