Market economy is an efficient, successful economic system, which offers strong inspiration to the management and producers by way of strict institutional arrangement. A very efficient inspiration mechanism is the core issue on which the modern corporations should concentrate and it should be based on the theories of human capital, the property right of human capital, etc.
