摘要
目的 观察桐油染毒小鼠的非特异性抵抗力和免疫功能的变化。方法 12 9只实验小鼠分别经口染毒不同剂量的桐油 (30 0 0 ,6 0 0 0mg kg) ,每天染毒 1次 ,连续 5d后 ,测定非特异性抵抗力和免疫功能。结果 桐油染毒小鼠非特异性抵抗力和免疫功能与对照组比较明显降低。结论 桐油有降低染毒小鼠非特异性抵抗力和网状内皮系统吞噬能力的作用。
Objective Changes of the nonspecific resistance and immune function of the mice exposed to Tung Oil were studied.Method One hundred and twenty-nine experimental mice were poisoned with different dosage of Tung Oil(3000,6000 mg/kg )through mouths once a day.After 5 days,the nonspecific resistance and immune function of the mice were tested.Result Comparing with the control group,nonspecific resistance and the phagocytic function of the experimental mice decreased apparently.Conclusion The Tung Oil has an effect of decreasing the nonspecific resistance and the phagocytic function of the reticuloen dethelial system of mice.
