1# 磺酸盐主要用作润滑油清净添加剂 ;主要讨论原生产工艺中存在问题的解决方法 :首先以汽油代替芳烃作溶剂 ,可以解决过滤困难的问题 ,同时可以提高产品收率与产品质量 ;其次比较抽提时间长短、不同原料、过滤次数对产品收率与产品质量的影响 。
sulfonate is a kind of product of the 5th factory of Jinzhou Petrochemical Tianyuan Group, and is mainly used as luboil lustration additive. This paper chiefly concerns the solutions of some problems existing in the former producing technology of the 5th branch factory. First, gasoline takes the place of aromatic hydrocarbon as solvent, which can solve the difficulties of filtering,and simultaneously can improve yield and quality of products. Then, it is easier to find out the best process condition by comparing the influence of pumping times, different raw materials and filtering time on yield and quality of products.
