摘要
采用超微细SiO2 粒子作为种子进行聚丙烯酸酯的乳液聚合 ,初步探讨了此类种子乳液聚合的过程 ,分析了包覆机理 ,讨论了SiO2 用量对聚合反应速率及残渣生成率的影响。用此种聚丙烯酸酯复合物和PVC树脂共混 ,结果比用纯聚丙烯酸酯与PVC树脂共混的材料有更好的增强、增韧效果。
In situ emulsion polymerization was carried with ultramicro SiO 2 as core and the acrylic resin as shell.In situ emulsion polymerization process,encapsulating mechanism,effects of SiO 2 amount on the reaction velocity and sediment percentage were discussed. Blends of SiO 2 encapsulated ACR and PVC resin have excellent tensile and impact strength compared with those of the pure ACR and PVC resin.
