摘要
要从国家兴衰成败的战略高度深刻理解创建世界知名高水平大学的历史性意义 ,并要通过加强高等学校的思想政治建设 ,树立远大目标 ,增强创新意识 ,为加快高等学校改革发展。
In the paper it is proposed that it is important to comprehend in-depth the historical significance for building world-famous high-level universities from the strategical height of the success or failure and ups and downs of the state and also to strengthen the ideological and political construction in the institutions of higher learning, set up an ambitious target and raise the innovation awareness so as to lay a solid foundation to speed up the reform of the institutions of higher learning and build up world-famous high-level universities
