摘要
目的 :总结腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的经验。方法 :回顾分析腹腔镜术治疗异位妊娠 36例的临床资料。结果 :经腹腔镜异位妊娠 36例均获确诊与顺利完成手术。无 1例中转开腹和严重并发症。结论 :腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠准确、安全、微创和快速 ,具有切口小、出血少、患者康复快等优点 ,治疗异位妊娠 。
Objective:To summarize the experince of laparoscopy in treating ectopic gestation.Methods: 36 cases with ectopic gestation were performed by laparoscopy and reviewed the treatment effect.Results:All were confirmed the diagnosis by laparoscopy and operated successfully. None had open operation and serious complications. Conclusions:For ectopic gestation, laparoscopy operation is accurate, susceptive, safe, mini trauma and quick and patients can recover soon. Laparoscopy operation should be the first choice to treat ectopic gestation.
