摘要
目的 :研究具有钙拮抗作用的中药蝙蝠葛碱对多耐药性的逆转作用。方法 :选用异搏定作阳性对照 ,观察其对多药耐药细胞株K5 6 2 /ADM多药耐药性的逆转作用。结果 :蝙蝠葛碱在非细胞毒性剂量下能使K5 6 2 /ADM对阿霉素的浓度升高 ,但对细胞表面的糖蛋白P - 170却没有影响。结论 :蝙蝠葛碱具有逆转白血病细胞株K5 6 2
Object: To find effective herb medicine having the potency of reversing multidrug resistance (MDR) Method:Dauricine, one kind of herd medicine,has been selected to study its reversal effect to K562/ADM cell line comparing with verapamil as positive control. Results:Dauricine can reduce the value of IC50 of adrimycin and incristine against MDR cell line K562/ADM at non-cytotoxic concentration and enhance accumulation of adriamycin and daunorubicin, but cause no change in the expression of P-170.Conclusion:Dauricine can reverse MDR of K562/ADM to some extent
