摘要
论述了电晕放电法产生臭氧的机理和沿面放电用电极的结构及影响因素 ,认为提高电介质的介电常数、表面电阻率和降低电介质的厚度可以提高臭氧发生器的效率。通过实验确定介质为 0 .2 5~ 0 .4m mα- Al2 O3 电极线缠绕间距为 2~ 3mm的管式臭氧电极单根臭氧质量浓度可以达到12~ 13g/m3 。
The author analyzes the mechanism of ozone generated by corona discharge and the influencing factors of surface discharging electrode. Concludes that heightening the inductivity and the surface resistivity of the dielectric and decreasing the thickness of the dielectric can increase the productivity of the ozone generator. By the experiment, the author also specifies α-Al 2O 3 as dielectric in 0.25~0.4 mm thickness. Wounded with electrode wire in 2~3 mm distance, the tubular ozone electrode can produce ozone 12~13 g/m 3 under the experimental condition.
