摘要
采用不同浓度的水杨酸 (SA)处理花生种子及幼苗后 ,苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)、过氧化物酶 (PO)和多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性的变化不同。水杨酸 (SA)处理三叶期花生幼苗和叶片 ,其PAL、PO、PPO活性显著提高。
The changes of peroxidase (PO), polyphenoloxidase (PPO) and phenlanine ammonialyase (PAL) activities of seeds and seedling were different in peanut after treatment with salicylic acid. The results showed that SA enhanced significantly activities of PO, PPO and PAL in leaves, in seeds and in stems. These reactions were consistent with the reaction of plant's resistance.
