松树排放丙酮的定量化方法
摘要
在流动式反应箱中对松树(pinus sylvestris)的丙酮排放进行了测定.在光强一定的条件下,丙酮排放速率随叶面温度指数上升,而在叶面温度一定时,丙酮排放速率随光强的增加而增加,松树在黑暗条件下也排放丙酮.松树释放的丙酮在其暴露于13CO2的同时即被13C标记,但计算显示只有不到20%的丙酮是被标记的分子.松树排放丙酮可能是温度控制过程和光强控制过程同时贡献的结果,据此提出参数化方程对丙酮排放速率的短期变化进行模拟.
