摘要
目的 :探讨雷公藤多甙 (TWP)对急性前葡萄膜炎 (AAU)患者血清白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )及肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)水平含量的影响。方法 :将患者随机分为两组 ,观察组 5 0例 ,以TWP治疗为主 ;对照组5 0例 ,以乙双吗啉治疗为主 ,对两组患者治疗前后进行血清IL 2及TNF α水平含量检测 ,并与 5 0例健康者对照。结果 :观察组治疗前IL 2及TNF α水平含量分别为 (1 31± 0 2 7) μg/L及 (1 2 0± 0 6 5 ) μg/L ,治疗后为 (1 19± 0 2 7) μg/L及 (0 96± 0 5 4) μg/L ,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性 (t=2 2 2及 2 0 0 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组治疗前分别为 (1 31± 0 2 6 ) μg/L及 (1 2 2± 0 6 6 ) μg/L ,治疗后为 (1 2 0± 0 2 7) μg/L及 (0 98±0 5 1) μg/L ,与治疗前比较差异均有显著性 (t=2 0 8及 2 0 3,P <0 0 5 )。观察组及对照组IL 2、TNF α治疗前均明显高于健康组 (P均 <0 0 5 ) ,而治疗后均接近健康组 (P均 >0 0 5 )。结论 :(1)AAU患者存在IL 2及TNF α异常改变 ;(2 )TWP对AAU患者IL 2及TNF α有明显抑制作用 ;(3)TWP治疗AAU临床疗效可靠。
Objective: To explore the effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside (TWP) on level of serum interleukin 2 (IL 2), and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) in patients of acute anterior uveitis (AAU). Methods: Patients of AAU were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group (n=50) was mainly treated with TWP and the control group (n=50) treated with bimolani. The level of IL 2 and TNF α before and after treatment were determined and compared between the two groups and also compared between the treated group and normal group consisted of 50 healthy subjects. Results: Levels of IL 2 and TNF α in the treated group before treatment were 1 31±0 27 μg/L and 1 20±0 65 μg/L, and after treatment 1 19±0 27 μg/L and 0 96±0 54 μg/L, those in the control group were 1 31±0 26 μg/L and 1 22±0 66 μg/L before treatment and 1 20±0 27 μg/L and 0 98±0 51 μg/L after treatment respectively. Comparisons of the two parameters before and after treatment in both groups showed significant difference (P<0 05 in TWP group and P<0 01 in bimolani group). The two parameters in both treated groups were all higher than those in the normal group before treatment (P<0 05), but showed insignificant difference after treatment (P>0 05). Conclusion: Abnormal changes of IL 2 and TNF α exist in AAU patients, TWP could suppress both parameters markedly therefore has a reliable effect in treatment of AAU.
