摘要
目的 :探讨精神分裂症患者的智力变化及可能的影响因素。方法 :用WAIS -RC成人智力量表及MMPI临床量表对 3 0 0例住院的精神分裂症患者进行评定 ,并以病程和首发年龄为指标对事前智商和实际智商进行分析。结果 :18岁前起病者事前智商较低 ,不同病程的患者间智商无明显差异。MMPI中疑病、精神病态、偏执、精神衰弱、精神分裂症和躁狂等分量表分在智商差值最大的 2组较相对较小的 0组和 1组为高。结论 :首发年龄、人格特征和临床症状的严重程度对精神分裂症患者的智力损害有一定影响 ,病程对智商的影响不明显。
Objective: To explore the intelligence quotient change of schizophrenic patients and the relavant contributors Method: WAIS-RC and MMPI were used to assess 300 schizophrenic patients who were divided three groups according to the difference level of pre-event FIQ and the actually FIQ Results: The pre-event VIQ, PIQ and FIQ in the onset-age group before 18 are lower than that of onset-age group above 18 There are no significant differences of pre-event IQ and actually IQ in different duration groups There are significant difference in MMPI subscale MMPI-Hs, MMPI-Pd, MMPI-Pa, MMPI-Pt, MMPI-Sc and MMPI-Ma among these three groups Conclusion:The onset age of illness, personality character and severity of the symptom have some effect on the IQ impairment of the schizophrenic patients
