棉仁饼、豆饼等量配用与添加氨基酸饲喂肉猪试验 被引量：2

摘要 40头杂种猪随机分为5组,每组8头。对照组喂给以等量豆饼和棉仁饼为蛋白质饲料配制的基础饲粮,175日龄达到90千克,日增重699克,料肉比3.14,瘦肉率56.92％。其余4组在基础饲粮中添加不同水平的赖氨酸和蛋氨酸,日增重734—757克,料肉比2.95—2.85,瘦肉率:57.21—58.05％。各组饲粮游离棉酚含量低于0.02％,均添加0.1％硫酸亚铁,肌肉和内脏中游离棉酚残留量均低于国家规定的食用卫生标准。
