摘要
将生产上应用的单一杀菌剂福美双 (非内吸性杀菌剂 )和三唑酮 (内吸性杀菌剂 )进行复配 ,结合成膜技术 ,发挥两种类型杀菌剂的优点 ,寻找低成本、高效果的最佳配比组合 ,应用于生产。五种三、福复配比例 1∶ 11~ 1∶ 12在带菌春小麦种子试用 ,其中 1∶ 4比例出苗安全 ,对小麦根腐病、腥黑穗和散黑穗病的防治效果分别为 81.0 %、94 .1%和 94 .7% ,增产6 0 .9% ,与单独使用三唑酮效果接近 ,且成本相对较低。
Triazolone and Arasan which were usually applied single on agricultural manufacture were assembled with filming technique to fully take the advantage of killing pathogenic bacteria and find the best combination proportion which was low cost and high effective in agricultural production. The experiments of assembly proportion of from 1∶1 to 1∶12 of Triazolone and Arasan combination were carried out to examine their application effect on spring wheat which were infected by diseases. The results showed that assembly proportion of 1∶4 of Triazolone and Arasan could make seed germinate safely, and its preventive effect on root rot, stinking smut and loose smut were 81.0%, 94.1% and 94.7% respectively, and increase yield by 60.9%. Not only its effect was the same as effect of Arasan which was used single, but also its cost was lower than Arasan.
