摘要
本文报道皮肌炎(DM)76例,首发皮肤症状为面部浮肿性紫红斑占82.6％,对称性肌无力、肌压痛占90.6％。24小时尿肌酸增高者78.6％,34例肌活检均有横纹肌实质性炎症。伴发恶性肿瘤者16例,死亡13例。本病可能为感染、劳累、精神创伤和肿瘤等多因素所致的自身免疫性疾病。
The article reported an analysis of 76 patients with dermatomyositis. Male: female was 1: 1.9, 70.6% of patients was 21-50 years old.The main manifestations were violet swelling erythema on the face (82.6%) and symmetrical muscle weakness (90.6%) .The level of urinary excretion of creatine / 24h was increased (78.6%) .The parenchymatous inflammation of the striated muscle was discovered in 34 patients, by the muscle biopsy. The disease dermatomyositis was caused perhaps by many factors, sucn as infection, overwork, psychic excitement, tumor, etc. prednisone is the main drug on composite therapy. The prognogsis of simple dermatomyositis is good. Among 16 cases complicated with malignant tumor (21%), 13 cases died.
