摘要
研究钙调素 (CaM)拮抗剂W7〔N ( 6 aminohexyl) 5 chloro 1 naphthalenesulfonamide〕和Ca2 +对茄子幼苗抗冷性的影响 ,结果表明 :W7浸种处理显著提高了低温胁迫下茄子幼苗叶片电解质渗透率和MDA含量 ,降低了SOD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质含量 ;而Ca2 + 浸种处理显著降低了低温胁迫下叶片电解质渗透率和MDA含量 ,提高了SOD、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质含量 ,说明Ca2 + ·CaM信使系统在茄子幼苗抗冷调控过程中起着重要的作用。
The effect of calmodulin antagonist W7 and Ca 2+ on chilling resistance of eggplant seedlings were studied.Seed soaking with W7 distinctly enhanced the contents of electrolyte leakage and malondialdehyde(MDA),reduced the activities of superoxid dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and the content of soluble protein of eggplant seedling leaves under chilling stress,seed soaking with Ca 2+ solution obviously decreased the contents of electrolyte leakage and MDA,increased the activities of SOD,CAT and the content of soluble protein of leaves.The result suggests that Ca 2+ ·CaM messenger system plays an important role in controlling chilling resistance of eggplant seedling.
