摘要
膳食纤维对人体健康具有重要的生理功能和医疗作用 ,已被很多实验证实 ,世界各国均以膳食纤维作为“第七营养素”进行开发研究。本文主要对膳食纤维的定义、组成、物化特性、分离制备及生理功能进行论述 。
Natural cellulose has important physiological function and medical use to the people's health. This has been examined by many experiments. Every country in the world is developing and researching natural cellulose acted as'Seventh Nutritional Element'. Definition, composition, separation and physical and chemical properties of natural cellulose are reviewed in this paper.
