摘要
研究了 12种非 (弱 )杀菌化学物质诱导烟草对烟草花叶病毒病 (TMV)抗性的效果 ,供试化学物质均能诱导烟草对 TMV的抗性。新复级差测验结果表明 ,不同非 (弱 )杀菌化学物质对烟草抗病毒病性具有不同的诱导作用 ,其中 ,水杨酸表现突出 ,平均防治效果为 5 0 .30 % ,灌根 +喷雾和灌根两种处理方法与喷雾处理差异极显著 ,但灌根 +喷雾处理和灌根处理之间差异未达到显著差异 ,低浓度处理诱导效果高于高浓度处理。
The relative Induced Resistance was tested after tobacco being treated with 12 non-fungicidal chemical compounds and inoculated with Tobacco Mosaic Virus(TMV).The resistance induced by non-fungicidal compounds could be detected on tobacco.The further experiment was proceeded about 4 concentrations and 3 treatments after the primary induction with 12 compounds.The result showed that the comparative induction effect of the 4 compounds was different.Salicylit acid could significantly induce systemic resistance on tobacco G140.The analysis of variance and Duncan's test showed that different compounds with different concentrations and treatments could induce different resistance to TMV on tobacco.Irrigating & Spraging treatment and Irrigating treatment could not be differentiated,but the two treatments were distinctly different with spraying treatment.Different resistance to TMV was detected with different concentrations.The relative induced resistance with low concentration was much better than high concentration.$$$$
