摘要
采用放射免疫法测定31例老年心功能不全患者血浆心钠素(ANP)浓度,发现老年心功能不全组ANP明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。血浆ANP含量随心功能不全的严重程度而明显减少(P<0.05)。病程与ANP浓度呈负相关 (r=-0.441,P<0.05)。不同病种、不同受累部位及有或无房颤之间ANP差异无显著性(P<0.05)。
Plasma ANP concentration was determined in 31 cases of heart failure in the aged. The reaults showed that plasma ANP in this group of heart failure was significantly lower than that of the control group ( 204. 8± 29. 8pg/ ml and 353. 5±42. 8pg/ ml respectively, p<0.01) .Among these 31 cases, there were 9 cases of grade Ⅱ , 11 of grade Ⅲ and 11 of grade IV in heart function. The plasma ANPcontents in the three subgroups were 353.31± 53.9pg/ ml, 214.4± 64.5pg/ ml and 73.7 ± 16.0pg/ ml respectively, the difference among three subgroups was significant (P< 0.05) .The results also indicated that the plasma ANP concentration was in negative correlation to the clinical course of heart failure (r = -0.441, P< 0.05) .However, there was no significant difference among groups withvarious kinds of etiology and forms of heart failure. Atrial fibrillation did not influence the plasma ANP concentration.The results imply that the study of plasma ANP bears a certain significance in understanding the pathogenisis, searching new methods of therapy and judging the prognosis of heart failure.
