摘要
高校无纸化办公 ,顺应信息化社会的要求 ,充分利用信息技术的便捷 ,根据校领导办公室、基层办公室及校办公室不同的特点 ,建立不同的桌面 ,以网络为依托 ,在高校内部进行畅通的信息交流 ,让各校区、各办公室人员跨越时间、地点协同工作 ,实现办公的效能、效率、效果的提高。
The universitys official system in effect is unfit for now information society, because of lacking responsibility, spending both manpower and time. Teachers and campus relative loose make management became hard. As a result of informational society, paperless system use informational technology fully, and set up three system: headmaster office system, basic level office system, president office system, thus every universitys office can settle problem cutting across time and palace, and achieving high speed and high efficient management.
