摘要
基于Gurson含空穴刚塑性材料的塑性势方程及其修正式 ,在材料的本构方程中引入了空穴损伤 ,体现了材料的体积变化 ,推导出应力 应变 损伤耦合的有限元列式和求解方法 ,为研究体积成形时材料的损伤和裂纹的扩展奠定了基础。并借鉴可压缩材料的有限元简化格式 ,简化了单元名义等效应变速率ε·的矩阵表达式 。
Based on the plastic potential equations of Gurson rigid\|plastic materials containing voids,void\|damage is introduced into the constitutive equations of the materials in order to consider its volume variation, and the FEM equations with the combination of stress,strain and damage as well as the equations solutions are deduced.Furthermore,with the reference of the simplified form of the FEM equations of the rigid\|plastic compressible materials, the matrix expression of the finite elements equivalent strain rate is similarily simplified, and the FEM equations are correpondingly simplifed.
