摘要
离体豚鼠右心室乳头肌动作电位的研究显示丙戊酸钠使平台期坡度稍变小,动作电位时程延长,APD_(90)/APD_(25)比值增加10.36%。异搏定使平台期坡度明显增大,动作电位时程缩短,APD_(90)/APD_(25)比值增加88.27%。丙戊酸钠和异搏定分别有绝对和相对延长有效不应期的作用,丙戊酸钠的作用弱于异搏定。丙戊酸钠和异搏定对动作电位幅度、超射值、静息电位、O期最大除极速度均无明显影响。
Effects of sodium valproate on the action potential of isolated papillary muscle from guinea pigs were studied and compared with that of Verapamil.Sodium valproate induced slight reduction of slope of plateau of action potential and prolongation of action potential duration (APD 25prolongated 21.79%, APD5032.77%, and APD9034.46%, P<0.05) , APD90/ APD25in-creased by 10.36% (P< 0.05) .The effective refractory period was prolongated significantly (from 178.75 ±18.53 ms to 238.75± 5.91 ms, P<0.05) .Verapamil induced significantly elevation of slope of plateau of action potential and shortening of action potential duration ( APD25shortened 57.45% , P<0.05; APD5032.00%, P<0.05; and APD9018.68%) , APD 90 / APD25 increased by 88.27% (P<0.05). Both sodium valproate and verapamil prolongated effective refractory period, and the effect of the latter was stronger.Neither sodium valproate nor Verapamil showed any effect on action potential amplitude, overshoot, resting potential and phase O upstroke velocity.
