摘要
合成了高强度、高模量、耐高温的溶致性液晶高分子-聚苯撑苯并二噻唑(PBT)。它的结构已为红外光谱和元素分析所证实。它的搅拌萤光现象、热重分析结果和抗张强度的测定,表明了 PBT 不但是热稳定性好和环境稳定性好,而且是高强度的溶致性液晶高分子材料,是有应用前途的新型结构材料。
Usingp p-henylenediamine as essential material and after fivestep reactions,2.5-diamino-1,4-benzenedithiol dihydrochloride has been obtai-ned (monomer 5).Monomer 5 was polymerized with terephthalic acid in poly(phosphoric acid) to obtain PBT.The film and fiber were produced from PBT solution.The film orientedalong the molecular axis has excellent strength.It is 270MPa.TGA indicate thedecomposition temperature of PBT to be above 600℃ under N_2.Consideringits excellent thermal and chemical stability as well as high modalus and strength,it is worthy to be recommend as a synthesis material for special use.
