摘要
如何加强管理 ,保证和提高非全日制在职人员以同等学力申请硕士、博士学位的授予质量 ,已越来越受到全社会的广泛关注。笔者对这一工作面临的新形势 ,呈现的新动向 ,暴露的问题进行了全方位的透析 ,并结合该项工作的实际 。
The public are paying close attention to the management of the mechanisms for granting degrees to working professionals based on equivalent qualifications. The author reviews the new challenges and problems involved in this work and offers several practical suggestions for its improvement.
