摘要
本文报告480例3~14岁健康儿童心导纳法测定的SV、SI、CO及CI的正常值及其相关因素分折,并与心阻抗法测量值比较,表明导纳法优于阻抗法。
The cardiac output measured by the dy/ dt in 480 healthy children aged 3 to 14 and comparision between the dy / dt and dz / dt in the same subjects are reported. The dy / dt or dz / dt with ECG and CAP were simultaneously recorded respectively, on an ink-ejection four-channel recorder at the paper speed of 100mm/ s. Kubicek' s formula was applied to calculate SV. All the parameters (SV, SI, CO, CI) were calculated by means of the electronic computer. Using stepwise regression analysis, the single and multiple factors correlating with SV, SI, CO and CI were studied respectively, and the best regression eguations were established. The results indicated that the admittance method for measurement of stroke volume is reliable and has an advantange over the impedance one, such as (1) the admittance cardiogram pattern is more smooth, and the marks are more obvious, thus the measurement error reduces, (2) since the basic impedance (Zo or Yo) is not needed for calculating SV, the admittance method is simpler and the experiment error introduced by Zo and the effect of the variation of Zo with age upon the calculating of SV are avoided, and (3) the dy / dt is better for the telemetric measurement of the cardiac output.
