摘要
磁流体密封技术具有无磨损、使用寿命长及适用于静动密封的特点 ,正被广泛应用于石油化工的泵、阀、釜及压缩机等领域。推导出了密封压力的计算方法 ,并分析了动密封的粘滞功耗。
Magnetic fluid seal is wildly used in pump,valve and kettle of the petroleum and chemical industry because of its low wear and long life. A method for calculating sealing pressure and analyzing power loss of magnetic fluid sealing is given in order to be consulted in the design of the magnetic fluid sealing.
