摘要
研究并比较在几种表面活性剂存在下 ,DBON -PF与铜 (Ⅱ )的显色反应 .试验结果表明 ,在 pH为 8.5的氨性缓冲溶液中 ,有吐温 -80存在下 ,铜 (Ⅱ )与DBON -PF形成紫红色络合物 ,最大吸收波长为 5 80nm ,对应的表现摩尔吸光系数为 1.2 1× 10 5L·mol-1·cm-1.含铜 0~ 6 0 0 μg/L符合比耳定律 .方法灵敏度高 ,测定了环境水中微量铜 ,结果满意 .图1,表 1,参 6 .
The colour reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with 4,5-di-bromo-2-nitro-phenylfluorone(DBON-PF) was investigated in the presence of several surfactant.In the buffer solution of ammonia-ammonium chloride(pH=8.5),a red violet comlex of copper(Ⅱ) with DBON-PF was formed in the presence of tween-80.The complex gives maximum absorption at 580 nm,and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.21×10 5L·mol -1·cm -1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~600 μg/L for copper.This method is sensitive.It was used for determining trace copper in water with satisfactory results.1fig.,1tab.,6refs.
