摘要
从理论上分析了锌焙砂常规酸浸出率低的原因 ,提出采用机械活化强化浸出过程的方法。分别考察了活化时间、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比及酸初始浓度对锌焙砂浸出的影响。试验结果表明 ,机械活化可以明显地提高锌的浸出率。
In this paper,the reason of low leaching rate in conventional acid leaching zinc calcines is analyzed and the method of enhancing leaching processes by mechanical activation is advanced.The effect of different activating time,leaching temperature,leaching time,liquid/solid ratio and original acidity on leaching processes has been examined separately.Theresults indicate that mechanical activation can increase the leaching rate of zinc effectively.
