摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及硝酸银染色法,检测近一年来我院162例成人非细菌性肠炎的水样大便,发现19例样本是普通轮状病毒RNA区带;另1例呈“成人腹泻轮状病毒”区带。讨论了其临床表现和一年内的分布情况。
During a 1-year period of sept. 1, 1987-Aug.31, 1988, faecal examination were taken from 162 hospitalized adult patients with acute non bacterial diarrheal watery stools: 19 faecal samples showed the RNA pattern of ordinary rotaviruses and 1 sample showed the RNA pattern of adult diarrheal rotavirus (ADRV). Ordinary rotavirus infection in these adults occurred most frequently in the cooler, drier months in Changsha,but only 1 patient infected with ADRV was found in the hotter month -August.
