三氯生是一种优异的杀菌添加剂 ,广泛用于卫生保健等领域。其合成一般是以2 ,4 -二氯苯酚和 2 ,5-二氯硝基苯为原料 ,经过醚化、硝基还原、重氮化及水解等几步反应。本文研究了醚化。
Triclosan is a kind of bactericides that has found applications in hygiene and health. Synthesis of triclosan from 2,4-Dichlorophenol and 2,5-Dichloro-nitrobenzene usually involves etherization, reduction of nitro group, diazotization and hydrolysis. The first two steps were studied in this paper.
