摘要
用糜蛋白酶玻璃体内注射清除各种原因所致的玻璃体内积血,共应用78例,82眼。其中外伤19眼,视网膜静脉周围炎49眼,视网膜静脉栓塞10眼,其他4跟。对积血的清除全部有显著作用。但视力恢复程度则与原视网膜损伤或病变有关。并发症16眼。占20.5％。经处理多数不影响预后。
Chymotrypsin injected into vitreous in 82 eyes of 78 cases for treatment of vitreous hemorrhage was reported. The causes of hemorrhage were trauma (19 eyes), retinal vein occulusion (10 eyes), Eales disease (49 eyes), and other diseases (4 eyes). The treatment in these cases was effective, but the recovering vision varied with the degrees of damage and the disorder of retina. Complications occured in 16 eyes were treated effectively and the prognosis was not influenced.
