摘要
对200例(243眼)白内障行显微囊外摘出。其中156眼经过3～20月随访观察,视力≥0.3者占85％。圆瞳孔保持率90％。并对手术方法、并发症作了探讨。
200 cases (243 eyes ) of cataract surgery were performed with micrurgic extracapsular cataract extraction. 156 eyes were followed up 3-20 months, The acuities of visual≥0.3 were achieved in 85% with round pupils in 90%. The operative method and complications were discussed.
