根据目前建筑市场的状况 ,说明了加强合同管理的重要性 ,并提出了通过加强合同意识、进行合同分析、强化施工过程的合同管理等一系列措施、方法 ,以提高合同管理水平。使合同管理贯穿于从投标到工程竣工的全过程 ,既有利于合同目标的实现 ,又使技术和经济相结合产生良好的经济效益。
According to present situation in building market the importance of intensifying contract management is illustrated. At the same time serials measures such as intensifying contract consciousness, carrying out contract analysis and intensifying contract management in construction process to enhance management level. Making the contract management act on the whole process of construction, which will benefit for the realization of contract objective and produce good economic benefit.
