摘要
在地理位置受限的条件下 ,采用无声破碎剂胀裂石方 ,具有无震动、无噪音等优点。介绍了无声爆破剂的性能、施工方法、施工流程、具体操作规程和施工机具等。着重阐述了无声破碎剂使用量的估算方法和型号的选择及其使用范围 ;破碎、钻孔的设计及效益检测。无声破碎剂在桂西翊武路桥基础石方工程中的应用取得了良好的经济效益。
Adopting soundless breaking agent in stone demolition construction has many advantages such as non vibration, non noise, quick and safe under the conditions that geographical position is limited. In this article the performance of soundless breaking agent, construction method, construction process and concrete operation instruction and construction equipments are introduced. The estimation method of using quantity, type selection and using scope are mainly elaborated. Good economic benefit is acquired in the application of soundless breaking agent in stone demolition construction in actual engineering.
