摘要
本文报导2例白内障囊内摘出术中驱逐性出血病例,发病率0.27％。1例出血部位在前睫状动脉返回枝。高渗剂引起的头部静脉压升高(憋尿)与术中低眼压是另一例出血的基本原因。为防止驱逐性出血的发生,应避免可引起头部静脉压升高的体位和动作。
Two cases of expulsive hemorrhage with intracapsular cataract extraction were reported. The incidence was 0.27% (2 out of 750 eyes). In one case, the site of hemorrhage woutd be a recurrent branch of ancerior ciliary artery. In the another case, the coexistence of decrease of IOP caused by opening the eye as well as increase of cephalic vein pressure induced by hyperosmotic agents (holding urine for a long time) would be the essential cause of bleeding. The hemorrhage would be avoided by prevention of the patient from any action or change of posture which might raise the pressure n cephalic veins.
