摘要
24例毁环性眼球爆炸伤摘除眼球后自体真皮脂肪球Ⅰ期眼窝植入术,随访观察1～7年。上睑凹陷发生率为8.3％。无排斥反应,无脱出。自体真皮脂肪球为眼球摘除后较理想的充填物,对毁坏性眼球损伤的整形具有重要的临床应用价值。
24 cases of primary implantation of autogeneous dermis-fatty ball into the orbit were follow up for 1 to 7 years. The refraction of upper lid oecured in 2 cases(8.3%). No reaction of rejection or prolapse of implant was shown. The dermis-fatty ball is the desirable orbital implant after the enucleation of eveball. It has important clinical values in plaatic surgery for the explosive of eyeball.
