大鼠CS2亚慢性中毒对视神经毒性作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 雄性成年Wistar大鼠,采用递增浓度进行动式CS2吸入染毒6周,复制CS2中毒模型。染毒后视神经β—半乳糖苷酶活性及神经节苷脂含量明显降低,并与对照组比较有显著性差异。视觉诱发电位(PREP,FEP)的各波潜伏期延长,这些结果提示CS2可引起视神经变性,以及CS2干扰视神经传导通路的传导功能;PRER或FEP可作为CS2中毒的诊断指标。 The effects of carbon disulfide on biochemical and physiological function of visual nervous system were studied in rats exposed to CS2 vapour at increasing concentration of 300-800 ppm. The β-glactosidase activity and gangliosides of optical nerve were decreased. The increased latencies of the wave components of PREP and FEP were exhibited, these findings upper to inllustrated CS2 may interfere with metabolism of gungliosides in the visual nervous system, reduced regeneration in optial nerve. And this resuts indicated that measurement of PREP or FEP may be used as indicator of the earlier diagnosis of CS2 intoxication or biological monitor for CS2 exposure.
