摘要
报道了21例外伤性白内障的人工晶体植入术,其中手术后无晶体眼10例,作了Ⅱ期植入,后房型6例,前房型4例;其中11例作了Ⅰ期植入,后房型9例,前房型2例.89.5％的患者获得0.5以上的矫正视力.重点描述了如何处理外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术中的一些特殊问题,如虹膜粘连,虹膜根部离断,无晶体眼等。
Twenty cases of intraocular lens implantation(IOLs)in patients with traumantic cataract were reported. In which,10 cases of the postoperative apbakia had two stage implantation, 6 eyes with posterior chamber IoLs, 4 eyes with anterior chamber IoLs: the other 10 cases had one stage implantation, 8 eyes with posterior chamber IoLs, 2 eyes with anterior chamber IoLs. 87.1% eyes achieved corrected visual acuity of 20/40 or better. The focus in this report is how to deel with some special problems in traumatic cataract, such as synechia, abhakis et al.
