摘要
采用全身治疗和局部皮肤护理相结合的方法治疗 5 6例痤疮患者 ,全身治疗药物有 :抗生素类药、VitB6 、VitC、肌苷、异维A酸酯等。主要作用是抗菌消炎 ,抑制皮脂腺分泌 ,调节机体代谢 ,改善油性皮肤 ,促进暗疮印消退。局部皮肤护理方法有 :用暗疮针挑除脓头或黑头 ,用消炎药调敷创面辅以红光电疗及超声波治疗 ,倒模 ,涂抹去印精华素等。主要作用是消炎、收敛、减少充血、促进皮肤新陈代谢、溶解角质和消除疤痕。取得了较好的临床效果 ,有效率达 10 0 % ,痊愈率达 69.6%。
Systemic therapy combined with local nursing care for 56 cases of acne vulgaris. The systemic medicine included antibiotic, vitamin B 6, vitamin C, isosine, isotretinoin, the actions of which are anti inflammation, inhabiting sebum secretion, regulation the body metabolism, improving the oily skin and accelerating the skin lesions remission. Local nursing cares included picking up the black cemedo, pustosis, topical application of anti inflammation medicine for improving the local inflammation assisted with electrophototherapy and ulstrasonic therapy, the actions of which were anti inflammation, astrict, relieving congestion, accelerating the metabolism of skin, lysising horny and scar. The investigation showed that the good results had been achieved, with the effective rate 100% and the curative rate 69.6%.
