摘要
通过对127例眼球穿通伤的分析,提出用分度法表示眼球穿通伤的致伤程度,并对伤口和眼内组织脱出的处理、交感性眼炎的预防等方面提出分析意见。建议推广显微操作技术缝合伤口,根据3种具体情况考虑对眼内组织脱出的处理方法。指出激素不能预防交感性眼炎的发生,但可控制交感性眼炎。眼球穿通伤后并发炎症早期应用激素仍属必要。强调对眼球摘除术必须持慎重态度。
By analysis of 127 cases of penetrating wounds of the eye ball a graduated measure to express the injured condition was recommended and makes some suggestions in handling the cases of prolaps of intraocular tissus and in prevention of sympathetic ophthalmia etc. The microsurgery techinque is proposed to be popularly used to close the wound. According to three concrete condition, different treatments of prolaps of intraocular tissue could be considered. Adrenocortical steroids though unable to prevent sympathetic ophthalmia, could be used to control it. And it is also necessary to use early the adrenocortieal steroids to treat inflammation following the penetrating wounds. Finally it is emphasiyed that a prudent approach should be adopted regarding extration of eyeballs in cases of penetration wounds of the eye ball.
