摘要
巩膜缩短不放液手术是常规巩膜缩短术的改进。报告了10个病例。困难在于结扎巩膜条带预置缝线。减张结扎预置缝线法是克服巩膜床张力的有效方法。在无明显增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的圆孔视网膜脱离可优先考虑本术式。
Scleral shortening without drainageis a modification of routine scleral shortening procedure. 10 cases treated with it were reported. Decrease-tension tying of scleral, pre-suture is effective to overcome the difficulties of tying the presutures. It was suggested that scleral shortening without drainage should be the choice for the round hole retinal detachments without obvious proliferative vitroretinopathy.
