近交系小鼠微卫星位点遗传检测方法的建立 被引量:9

摘要 笔者设计了 3 4对特异性引物 ,以 PCR方法对部分近交系小鼠基因组微卫星多态性进行了检测和分析 ,在所有 3 4条引物扩增带中 ,有 2 5个微卫星位点的长度在不同品系小鼠中存在差异 ,不同品系小鼠之间微卫星长度多态性差异在3 8.3 %~ 5 8.8%之间。微卫星多态性分析是一种快速、经济的遗传监测近交系动物的方法 。 DNA microsatellites or simple sequence length polymorphisms (SSLPs) of four inbred mice were generated by PCR using specific primers. 25 microsatellites were variant in different strains. In all 34 microsatellites, the variation was between 38.3%~58.8% in different strains. The microsatellite analysis is a fast and economical methed for monitoring genetic contamination of inbred mice.
