摘要
目的探讨苯丙酮酸莫拉菌引起自发性细菌性腹膜炎的诊断。方法取患者腹水分离培养及鉴定,分析致病菌的侵入途径。结果在血平板上35℃卵育24小时后,见针尖状、灰白色菌落,在麦康凯琼脂上不生长;为革兰氏阴性球杆菌,呈双或短链排列,无鞭毛;氧化酶、触酶、尿素酶均阳性,不分解糖类。本菌株来自于呼吸道。结论苯丙酮酸莫拉菌是引起自发性细菌性腹膜炎的少见菌之一。早而多次作腹水培养及药敏,对及时诊断选用敏感抗生素治疗有着重要意义。
ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis induced by Moraxella phenylpyruvica. Meth-ods The ascitic fluid with bacteria was isolated, cultured and identified. The pathway by which the pathogenic bacteria entered asciticfluid was studied. ResultsThe strain was incubated at 35℃. The colony was pinpoint-shaped and greyish white after 24h on sheepblood agar. It did not grow on MacConkeys agar. The strain was Gram-negative coccobacilli, pair or short chain arranged, no flagella.The biochemical characteristics of this strain showed oxidase-positive, caralase-positive, urease-positive and no decomposed saccharide.The strain came from the respiratory tract. Conclusions Moraxella phenylpyruvica is one of the uncommon bacteria which leadsto spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. The ascites with bacteria should be cultured and performed drug sensitivity test early, which is veryimportant to diagnose rapidly and use sensitive antibiotic in time.
