摘要
采用自体结膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡16例(只眼),随访3～18个月。术后14例病人角膜刺激症状全部消失,前房积脓吸收,溃疡愈合,移植结膜片半透明或透明。视力均有提高,其中6例获得有用视力(≥0.05)。2例手术失败,改做重建眼球性角膜移植术获成功。并就手术适应证、禁忌证、技术要点和可取性等方面进行了讨论。
Autoconjunctival transplantation was performed to treat 16 cases (16 eyes) of fungal corneal ulcer. They were followed up for a period of 3—18 months. After operation corneal irritations were completely disappeared in 14 patients in which empyesis was observed and ulcer healed. The conjunctival grafts were transparent or semitransparent. The visions of all the cases were improved, Out of 16 cases, 6 cases achieved the useful vision more than 0.05. After 2 cases were failure, they were succeeded in reconstructing by corneal transplantation. In addition, the indications, contraindications and the main techniques for surgery are discussed in the paper.
