摘要
兔角膜穿孔伤后,房水中化学发光峰值和平均积分值与正常值相比显著增高(P<0.01)。提示眼前节创伤性炎症有自由基参与。这一发现加深了对眼前节创伤性炎症发病机理的认识,并有利于指导临床治疗。
The significant increase in the peak value and the average integral value of chemilluminescence in aqueous humor above normal (P<0.01) after Traumatic corneal perforation in rabbits suggested that free radical could possibly take part in traumatic inflammation in ocular anterior segment. This discovery would add to the knowledge of the pathogenesis of traumatic inflammation in ocular anterior segment and be helpful in directing clinical treatment.
